We started my oldest in 2018. She was 3 years old. Shy at first, didn’t want to go out onto the mat. After a few classes she was going out thinking she was all that and then some. We now have our youngest in it too. She went out with no problem having been going and sitting on the side since her older sister was going. Great family oriented. Instructors are amazing. I really couldn’t ask for better staff or environment. They are great with younger kids just starting out like mine did.
This is such a great program for the kids my boys are learning self discipline, respect and confidence, they also help with needs specifically for your child. Thank you Master Peterson and Mrs Mayor for everything you guys do here at martial arts! PS their summer camps are great for the kiddos too they get to have fun and lean.
As a family we have been apart of this gym for almost 3 year. the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Would highly recommend.
I can’t exaggerate how great this place is! My 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son LOVE it! My son’s confidence has soared, their instructor is very talented, outstanding teacher. My kids sleep better and behave better at home because they want to be “black belt leaders!”

The instructors are highly skilled and are open and engaging. I have never known them to have anything other than the best interests of the individual student as their primary concern. The classes are open to all levels of ability and designed to promote personal growth and a sense of fellowship. I hope you can stop in and see what we’re about. There’s always a spot open for you on the mat.
WONDERFUL school! Highly recommend! We started our son in their tiger program at just over 2 1/2 yrs old and he was completely terrified (which was the main reason we wanted him in the classes) for the first 5 classes (weeks) but Atlas Martial Arts has easily the best and most patient coaches around (we LOVE Mr. Pederson and Ms. Wolff!), that our son finally was able to over come his fears and gain confidence and is now doing great in class. Participates in all the activities! We are absolutely going to continue him in their classes for the foreseeable future and his little sister will join him next summer! YES I CAN! 👏🏼🥋❤️

If you want to have your children or if you yourself want to start martial arts. This will be the best place. They are family friendly and encourage you every class and they are great with children my daughter loves going every weeks and has so much fun in her classes.
